Yes it was load with people in the parking lot when we got there and people smoking outside and doing other things the trash was in the parking lot when we did go in the desk clerk took forever to check us in had to ask for another room because the first one smelled so bad and dirty second room smelled better but dirty carpets flirty stains on the covers and dust on the lamps this place was terrible we left right away and had to get another hotel room at 10pm because I had call the faculty to let them know we would be arriving late I drove 3 hours to get to a place like that I. am very unsatisfied.I have booked some more hotel with you for North Carolina coming up Im thinking of canceling them with you because if these are the kinda of hotel you put us in then no thanks. We were there for my daughter's college admitted weekend and if it wasn't for the great staff and hotel at Comfort Inn it would have been ruined they had a room I told them about our experience and the helped and gave us a discount rate for all we had been threw that night. I want a refund 9n this room or some of my money back this was unacceptable in all ways if I can not get my money back or a refund then I will need to cancel my other 2 booking with you because that means yoir company is untrustworthy.!!!!!!
