The staff morning and night were phenomenal! Very welcoming. Room was large and clean. Beds were comfortable. We reserved for the indoor pool. I did not realize that it was not heated and we were looking forward to swimming after a long, cold day. That was entirely my fault for not noticing this on the website. But everything else made up for that.
