We booked with Holiday Inn, a few hours before check-in I received a message that we had been bumped to a partner Hotel Indigo. We arrived at the property and pulled up to the Valet sign outside of the doors. Once we got to the check-in desk, we were notified that valet parking was not an option. Very confusing since Valet was advertised. The room had an odor. In the room I scanned the barcode to place a room service dinner order. After an hour of waiting I received a text that said my order could not be completed and for me to call the front desk. After calling I was informed that the QR code was not working and I had to order over the phone. I would have been helpful to have this mentioned at check-in.
