Very kind employees, check in was great. Baya at reception was super friendly and provided us with lac view upgrade. Super comfortable beds and pillows. Beautiful view of the lac.

Everything! This is not my first time and as my previous stays this one was just as perfect This time was exceptionally special thanks to madam Amina, she ensured our stay was more than comfortable, took care of the smallest details I arrived early and requested if I can have an early check in. She ensured my room was ready I checked in as soon as I arrived Nothing that I requested no matter what did she not try to facilitate, even as I checked out my flight changed multiple time and she was supportive all the way. She really takes care of the hotel residents. If you are ever here make sure you ask for Amina I am sure she will make your stay comfortable and smooth Another special thanks to the amazing reception team especially Baya and Hussam they were always happy to support with a huge smile The security team at the door, recognising residents and giving us a treatment each feeling special The housekeeping ladies, especially Mouna who still remembered us from my first stay and would always come to greet us and check if all was good The lovely chef and the delicious breakfast he makes Simpally amazing
