there was a guy at the reception i think his name was Zuhair , was very rude when i checked in , as he was not polite with me , as he mentioned that i had no reservation , and my reservation was cancelled , so i showed him the confirmation letter and the conversation with the hotel , so he informed me that the conversation was automatic reply from booking.com not from the hotel , and even he denied that i had paid the amount, where i showed him the receipt of booking.com . in the end i guess he called his manager , and every thing thing was settled , and when i asked him to give a nice room , when i went to my room , it was smaller than all the other rooms in the hotel , not like the one i booked , as also it was not prepared , so , i asked the staff in the same floor to change it , as i got another one better .
