This resort is certainly more expensive than others we experienced in Morocco, but it is worth every single moment. From the instant you arrive, you are welcomed with a sense of exclusivity and warmth that truly makes you feel like royalty. The attention to detail, the ambiance, and the overall atmosphere create an unforgettable first impression. The staff throughout the resort are exceptionally gracious, attentive, and genuinely caring. Every interaction felt personal, and the level of service especially room service was flawless. One of the highlights for us was the beautifully organized kids’ club, which caters to children from toddlers to teenagers between 10:00 and 17:00. It allowed us to fully unwind while knowing our children were in safe, engaging hands. Our kids, aged 5 and 11, absolutely adored the team and formed lovely bonds with the staff. Dining was another standout experience. At Oliver’s Restaurant, Chef Hamza crafted exquisite Pakistani and Indian dishes that were both authentic and refined. The breakfast and dinner selections offered an impressive variety, catering to every taste. A special mention to Mohammed, whose impeccable hospitality elevated our dining experience into something truly memorable. Overall, it was a truly exceptional and indulgent escape. I would highly recommend staying longer than three days, as certain activities may depend on weather conditions, and not all are included. However, each experience offered is thoughtfully curated and absolutely worth exploring. If you’re seeking a refined, luxurious getaway with outstanding service, this resort delivers beyond expectations.
