Extremely rude host and a very disappointing experience. We stayed at this accommodation on 24/12 after an extremely exhausting day, traveling with a baby, in very cold weather and heavy snowfall. We arrived around 9:00 p.m. and waited at the entrance for someone to assist us. When the host appeared, instead of first guiding us on where to park, he asked us to go inside immediately for check-in, leaving the rest of the family in the car, in the snow and cold. During check-in, the two ID cards I had with me were not sufficient, and we were asked to go back outside to the car again to bring the rest. Additionally, we were informed that the “free private parking” advertised on the property’s page was not actually free, but cost €5 per day for each car. Alternatively, we were told to park on the street, despite a sign clearly prohibiting parking. After completing check-in, we had to walk from floor -1 to the 3rd floor using the stairs, as the property does not have an elevator, which is very inconvenient when traveling with a child and luggage. Breakfast was below average, with very limited options. The most serious issue occurred in one of the two rooms: the duvet was extremely dirty, with visible yellow stains all over it. We immediately contacted the host requesting a replacement. Although he read the message, he never replied. When we called him from a different phone number, he told us that he could not change it and that it would be replaced the next day. We were forced to sleep using a duvet in an unacceptable and unhygienic condition. On the day of check-out, the host remained in the parking area for about 20 minutes while we were unloading our luggage, waiting to be paid for the parking, behaving as if supervising us. Payment should normally be made at the reception, not in the parking area. Furthermore, he did not intend to issue a receipt unless we explicitly asked for one.
