Great location, within walking distance from the Mains river and from the city center. Great restaurant within 5-15mins walking distance. Easy for kids and babys with strollers. Good staff, amazing breakfast and comfort rooms.

Dated rooms apparently it was remodelled in 2021 but our rooms looked very dated. I rated it higher than normal because of the excellent breakfast.

The staff did not seem to know their job, especially during the evening shift. I had clearly requested a disabled-friendly room in our booking, but when we arrived, the receptionist told me that I should have also called them to inform them. I really didn’t understand why they don’t read the requests that are already included in the reservation. Also, the bathroom towels were split by hand and placed very unprofessional way — it was honestly quite surprising and disappointing to see.
