The beach was lovely, nice and sandy and great for kids. The rooms were clean, the staff were nice, loads of food options. However, the change from Labranda to Jaz is definitely a downgrade. Whilst we were there, the policy changed from 2 to 1 a la carte restaurants per week, with an additional charge for the Greek restaurant that had not been the policy at the beginning of the week. The water bottle fridges disappeared from the beach during our stay. 3 of our evening meals changed to the beach restaurant, whilst the Jaz team refurbished the main restaurant. The beach restaurant was very overcrowded and we struggled to find a seat. Also the English speaking movie channel vanished mid stay so there was nothing on the TV for us to watch. I really enjoyed my stay at the Labranda Royal Makadi, less so at the rebranded Jaz Royal Palmariva.
