Horrible, horrible and horrible! Very rude staff at front desk which refused to show us our room. We booked a Bespoke lifestyle suite which included a cabana and adult only pool. When we got to the adult only pool there were children everywhere and the staff said the children are allowed to walk through the pool and hang out whenever they liked, then he looked up my information in the system and kept saying my last name and taunting me which is an invasion of privacy! Then when we booked our cabana they said they could not find us in the system. The only time you get service here is when they want to harass you. This is not a 5 star hotel! Beware… you are better off at the 5 seasons.
