Zagros Airlines is one of the leading Iranian Airlines that started operating in Arvand Free Zone in 2005. Zagros commenced operations with only two Topalov aircraft, however, they have expanded their fleet to include four Airbus 3, 320 and 321 aircraft and a Boeing MD. Zagros was the first Iranian airline to operate an Airbus in Iran. Zagros Airlines handles an average of three million people a year. The company is active in various domestic and foreign routes. All domestic flights of Zagros Airlines are operated from Terminal One of Mehrabad Airport. The airline has a payload of 20kg for domestic flights and 25kg for foreign flights.
